JOHN P: In 2004 I had lung cancer, one of my lungs collapsed. My father had died from cancer 20 years ealier, and then not long after my dad's brother also passed away with the same cancer. For nearly 20 years I have been studying and research cancer. Moringa sun dried leaf strengthens our immune system which helps in fighting the cancer. I have been clear for 3.5 years now and continue to drink the Moringa which tends to keep my immune system strong.
RONKE: I've taken Moringa tea for only few months and one of the benefits I have noticed is when I take it before bedtime it aids a sound sleep which benefits the body in many ways.
TYRONE: i;ve been testing vaious 'superfoods' for sometime now in an attempt to add more nutrients to my diet. Some more successful than others. Spiruline I found too messy whereas the taste of wheatgrass I found overpowering. I first tried Moringa just over a year ago and it quickly became my go to supplement. I have it every morning in a smoothie (recipe below) but I find the dried leaves very versatile and I often add them to soups and stire fries. Smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of unsweetened almond or oat milk, 1.5 tsp of dried moringa leaves, 1 tblsp organic cacoa powder, 1 tsp 100% peanut butter, pinch of granulated stevia for sweetness (if required). Add to a blender and blend until smooth, serve immediately.
JACKIE: I've been using Moringa leaves for 7 months and fid it helps to lower the blood pressure and aids with sleeping, so recommend you give it a try.
JOYCLYN; I find the Moringa tea rather refreshing after my work day schedules. It helps me to unwind mentally along with realignment throughout the night for a more productiveday of which can be vairied and sometimes demanding. Thanks for a healthy tea choice.
MONNA: My mum loves this tea. It's very refreshing. Also it seems to balance one's mood; A feeling og well-being.
